Annual Meeting

RWD #6, will hold its annual meeting of participating members at 7 p.m. on Monday February 10, 2025 at the Cutler Township Community Building, 119 E Main Street Rantoul
The purpose of the annual meeting is to present the 2024 Financial Report, elect two (2) directors to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors, and discuss any other business presented at the meeting.
Two Board positions are open for election in 2025. The current Board of Directors have received expressed interest from the following nominees: Ray Samuel, Ed Schulz, Fred Fiola, and Brian Balman.
Right to Vote: Pursuant to the District bylaws, "Only participating members shall have the right to vote, and each participating members shall be entitled to a single vote, regardless of the number of Benefit Units to which he may have subscribed. There shall be no proxy voting. A participating member may be an individual, firm, partnership, association, or corporation. Participating members shall be owners of land located within the District who have subscribed to one or more Benefit Units, provided payment of charges are current on at least one of the Benefit Units.”
