Water Tower Maintenance

RWD #6 will begin scheduled maintenance work today June 15th on the Highway K68 tower, the scheduled work should not affect the water service to our customers, if you do experience lower than normal water pressure please contact the office. The district is hoping to have the tower back online no later than Thursday June 17th.
We have had several calls regarding discolored water again, at this time there is no rhyme or reason why some people are getting it and others are not, the water is clear when leaving the plant. Please be assured the water has been treated and tested daily to ensure the safety of our cusomters. We understand it is a huge inconvenience to our cuutomers as it is to us as well but we are doing everything in our power to get it flushed out of the system as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing it please don't hesitate to call the office.
